Crop nitrogen demand

Similarly to nitrogen stress index, crop nitrogen demand is calculated only after the crop has emitted and completely expanded the first two leaves.

After this stage, N demand is estimated as the amount of N needed to reach the maximum N concentration in AGB (i.e., 1.1 * critical concentration in rice simulations)
