In order to account for the effect of water stress on development, WARM_WL estimates a water stress development factor (WSDF) starting from the water stress index as follows:
WSDF = 1 + ((1 - WS) * DSWS)
Where WS is the water stress index and DSWS is the Development susceptibility to water stress (0: not susceptible).
WSDF is then used to correct the accumulation of thermal time in the period emergence-flowering.
