Night Temperature

High night temperatures might limit the above ground biomass accumulation rate. The night temperature factor (unitless) is given by:

Where Tn (°C) is the daily minimum temperature, nTc (°C) is a critical temperature, specific for each cultivation. Above this value biomass accumulation is reduced, nTx is a maximum temperature (°C) above which biomass accumulation is stopped.
